I don't like Dorcas. It's a silly insult to call someone. Like dork, which it is also too close to. I like Anne. It's so simple and pretty, and I love Annie as a nn. Miriam sounds very exotic. I neither like nor dislike it.More uncommon full names I can think of for some of these...
Missy - Millicent
Kitty - Kathleen, Katrina
Ellie - Danielle and other -elle names, Ellen, Eleanor, Elizabeth, Eloise... not sure which is the most common it's a nn for
Dori - Pandora, Theadora, Dorothea, Dorothy
Lo - Lois, Lorraine, Lauren, Lola
Nana - Nancy, Hannah, Anna
Lottie - Lotus
Juju - Judith, Julie, Julia, Juliet, Juliana
Cece - Frances
Cici - Circe, Cindy
Sisi - Priscilla, Sibyl
Didi - Deirdre, Delilah
Issie - Isabel, Isidora, Melissa, Alyssa, Clarissa, Larissa
Jules - Julie, Julia, Juliet, Juliana
Ettie - Juliette, Bernadette, Georgette and other -ette names, Etna
Zanna - Alexandra, Rozanna
Mina - Philomena, Carmina, Jasmina
...sorry, don't have time to finish. Hopefully you got some good ideas though.
