Sounds like a combination of Lucy & Celia pronounced Loo-seel-ya

More information please. Is it a traditional name? How is it pronounced? "loo-SELL-ee-uh," "loo-SAY-lee-uh," "loo-SEE-lee-uh," "loo-seh-LEE-uh?" Other?

I don't really know where it comes from, some people say it's Brazilian and from Luz-Celia or something. I just thought of it 'cause i like Lucy but i'm not so keen on Lucille or Lucinda so Lucelia came into my head. I pronounce it loo-see-lee-ah.:)
