I'm going to rate them one being the worst or one the worst and ten being the best or one of the best. Spelling is taken into account when making these desicions, but if I really dislike the name is still scores low for me.

For the longest time I actually thought Kirsty was spelt with a Qu. I'm still not sure how I arrived at that conclusion, but may be because my friend used to pronounce the name of the only Kirsty we knew sort of like Kyersty. Like queue, I guess :-P
