James and John are nice on twins, despite them starting with the same letter.

Courtney and Nicole
Matthew and Marlin
Stephanie and Lucie
Stephanie and Heather
Ashley and Amber
Joshua and Jeremy
(these are all ones I went to high school with)
Madelyn and Katelyn - girls from church, about 7 years old
Joyce Marie and Robert - my husband's grandmother and great-uncle
Jaxon and Dixon (blech!) - second cousins, or possibly second cousins once removed... not close with that part of the family
