It's my cousin's name and I could never see it on anyone but a girl.

I like it for a girl only. How anyone can see it as masculine is beyond me, actually. It has the most feminine sound. How many boys names ending in -ia (-ia, not -iah) do you know? I think it's incredibly feminine sounding and has quite a bit of history as being used as a girls name. To be brutally honest I would say it would just be downright mean to settle a boy with such a feminine sounding name.

Love it, but only for a girl.

lol, I'm pretty much the opposite of you. I've always loved it for a girl, and I find nothing masculine about it. :) It was my #1 choice for a girl for a decade. For a boy (*=from your PNL):

Love, love, love it on a girl! Never thought about it for a boy, though.

I love it! (Surprisingly...) [m]I love India the country, and by chance or consequence I also love India the name. I personally prefer it on a girl, but I think it would work well on a guy too. I'm not really a fan of the NN Indie - personally, I prefer "Dee" as an India NN, though that might not work for others. My favourite India combos are:India Scarlet
India Gemma
India Rosabelle
India JaneIndia Oliver
India Matthew
India Ryan
India Blue
