They are way too matchy for my taste, sorry.
I adore Poppy.
It's a bit matchy but not in a horrible way like Terry and Berry or something like that.
Each name stands on it's own. But with the MNs both being -beth names(and the FNs being flower names) it's going a bit over the top. I'd keep Poppy Elizabeth because the classic, strong Elizabeth grounds the fun, playful Poppy. I'd change Bethany to Katherine or Margaret.

cute, and I like flower themes for siblings...
it's a bit cheesy, but I think there are way worse things that having cheesy theme. It's cute!
I disagree with the pp about Bethany, I think it's gorgeous and young and hip, and think it really livens up Violet, which seems very heavy to me, Poppy Elizabeth is the opposite to me. Poppy seems very light (I think it's adorable!), and Elizabeth, the heavier one, anchors it down.
Oh, I know a Poppy in her 30's and it matured wonderfully with her, I used to think it was childish and cutesy, but not anymore, I think it's adorable, yet still able to grow up!
Perfect to me!

Too matchy for me
Either name would be fine on its own, but for sisters--twins or not--they're too cutesy and matchy.

Exactly
I don't think people realize the dumb comments and questions twins get already and that making cutesy names just multiplies that by 100. The names are beautiful on their own but don't name twins any different than you'd name siblings. x_x

Sorry, but I can't stand the name Poppy. It's so incredibly childish and cutesy.
cute!
=)
=)
I would reverse it, and make it Poppy Bethany and Violet Elizabeth because Poppy Elizabeth has a slightly staggering flow, IMHO. Otherwise, beautiful names all around!
Poppy and Violet go nice together (for obvious reasons), and I love Poppy Elizabeth; it flows very well, and it's fun.
I don't really like Bethany, and I don't think it's strong enough for Violet, but... I see what you did there. Also, for some reason, Bethany reads as older (or more dated) than Elizabeth to me. VB is not as... spunky a combo as PE. :/
