Molly, Chloe and Reid...
A while back I posted that one of my girlfriends who is expecting a little girl was considering Moira... (she has a step-daughter Patrice)... She has come to a final decision and the name is (*drum roll please*) Molly Isabella. What do you think? Can Molly be a nickname for something else? I thought it sounded nicknamey myself... Also, another pregnant woman in my life has selected the following name choices: Reid for a boy and Chloe for a girl. What do you think of these picks? Not my style but I can see them working for this mom to be. Sorry for the lengthy post... just wanted to keep the BtNers updated on all the babies to be in my life!
Edited for clarity...

Isn't Molly just one more in the long line of versions/nns for Mary?Either way I like it but I simply cannot stand Isabella. Molly is so Irish, and I think of Isabella as Spanish (Ferdinand & Isabella)...they just don't seem to go well.Chloe is okay, I don't like Reid.

Molly Isabella is a lovely name! Molly used to be a comon Irish nickname for Mary, as did Polly, but not really since to early 1920's. With the scramble for Irish immagrants to the USA to find a naming identity Molly and Polly as well as other former nicknames like Nellie & Nora (for Eleanor) became regular first names! :)I've never heard of anyone wanting to use Reid for their son's first name before it's kinda refreshing! I've considered using it as a middlename but never for as a first name mostly because it just makes a nice middle name (especially for S names like Stuart Reid, Spencer Reid & Sinjon Reid)!
Chloe is always cute, I like it! :)

I love the name Molly. It's always been a favorite especially after I became friends with one. But Isabella could go in my opinion.I like Chloe and Reid. But I like Reed better.

I like the name Molly on its own, and Isabella goes well with it. Chloe is cute but nms. I like Reid a lot, but it would probably be incredibly corny for me to use the name seeing as I play a reed instrument (saxophone). Haha.

I think Molly is a great name, it's always been a fave of mine actually. Molly Isabella is a nice combo, even if there are a few too many L's!Reid and Chloe are great names too. Chloe is a fave of mine aswell. Reid is really nice and I like this spelling. I also like the spelling Reed.
