Bonnie

I adore Bonnie and could totally see myself having a daughter named Bonnie. I prefer the spelling Bonny though.
The only name I could think of for it as a nickname would be Bonita.
Some combos:
Isla Bonnie
Fable Bonnie
Sunshine Bonnie
Esmée Bonnie
Ceridwen Bonnie
Adéle Bonnie
Zuleika Bonnie
Nazli Bonnie
Primrose Bonnie
Annora Bonnie

This is one of my short-listed names for the kitten. I think it's adorably sweet. I met a little girl called Bonnie out at the park a while back, and it suited her so well. I probably wouldn't consider it myself, but I'd love to meet a little girl called Bonnie. I think it'd be sweet as a sister to Charlotte too.
I don't like any of the full names it can be a nn for, I prefer just Bonnie.

Aw, I think Bonnie is sweet. At work I see a number of Bonnies--two short for Bonita, and one whose full name is Bonnie-Amelia Maryrose.
For a 'full name' to go with Bonnie I might suggest (some being longer shots than others):
Bellona
Betony
Bogdana
Benoite
Bernadette
Bernadine
Bojana
Roberta
Barbara (which I think is a neat idea considering I hate every short form of Barbara that comes to mind)
Belinda
Really, it sounds like one of those nicknames that is a term of endearment more than a short version of a full name. I wouldn't sweat it too much if it wasn't all that close.

Or a middle name for (I stuck to names on your PNL):
