Not a 10 because (not to be down on it, because overall it is more nice than not): more formal than I prefer (potentially giving a haughty impression), without any good familiar forms. Both consonants are lilts, so it is slightly tonguetwisting/twangy. Seems a little bit in vogue (date to within 20 years of now; the combo too). Sound might vaguely suggest the word "oral."
Much nicer than Cecilia, more substantial.
Daphne Aurelia: sounds great together. I wasn't inclined to consider Daphne for my daughter, even though I like it on paper, because I have to struggle too much to overlook the Daff sound ... so it always sounds a little air-headed to me. I honestly would not want to be called Daphne.
