I think its adorable! I doubt I would use it myself but I swoon to see it someone else's kid!
I really don't like it as it calls to mind images of farmers, pigs, and horses. This name is done for, I think.
"Some Terrific Radiant Humble Pig"
:)
It's all Charlotte's Web to me, but I still like the name. It reminds me of Arthur or Charles...a cuddly yet manly sort of name.
The association is so strong, however, I wouldn't choose to use it.

Makes me think of the movie Wilbur Wants To Kill Himself which isn't necessarily a bad thing but the name isn't really my style...
I think of the pig [m]
not a bad thing, but that's all I think of it's nms. Cute for a animal though.

As I've already mentioned, I love the name!
But I think it depends on your other children's names and where you live and how live to make such an old-fashioned name sound cool. I can imagine me using Wilbur as a mn (to Rufus, for example), but not as a fn, there are simply many other names that I love more. But I'd love to see Wilbur used more often, definitely!

Ok as a mn i guess, but other than that it just makes me think of the pig from Charlotte's Web...
Would make a cute middle name...
And on the right child, Wilbur, nn Will would be cool.
