I love Sophy and love that it's actually a name of its own
Sofie I don't like in English-speaking countries, because it looks too unnatural. Sophie is really beautiful, but very common. Sophy is a great alternative, imo.
What about:
Sophy Lavender
Sophy Aurelia
Sophy Margaret
Sophy Moira
Sophy Theodora
Sophy Lorelei
Sophy Olive
Sophy Patricia
Sophy Ariel
Sophy Bronwen
Sophy Alix
Sophy Iris

For some reason, spelling it with a -y changes the way I want to say the name. Think sophmore instead of sofa.
I do love the sound of the name, but I'd prefer Sofie over Sophy. As long as the mn doesn't start with an A, almost anything works.
Sofie Georgina
Sofie Frances
Sofie Jane
Sofie Liora
Sofie Carolina
Sofie Eve
