I would scratch Joon from the list. Most people will hear it as the girl's name June.
Finlay is a very nice name, but it doesn't read Hispanic to me at all. Assuming your husband's last name is not Spanish, you might want a first name that reflects your culture. (Of course, if you don't care about this and love Finlay, than go for it!)
Marcelo is very cool and works in both languages. I also pronounced it as mar-CHEL-lo at first, but I read Italian so most people probably wouldn't.
Suggestions for classic but cool and not overused names that work in Spanish and English:

Hector
Hugo
Leandro - my favorite
Lorenzo
Rafael
Teo
Victor
