Tava
So the other day I saw this name - I'm not even sure it's a "real" name, but I really liked it. I'm not sure if it was pronounced to rhyme with java, or to rhyme with Ava. I like it better to rhyme with Ava.
The spelling could be a little confusing, maybe. So I thought it could also be spelled like Tayva, or Taiva.
What do you guys think?? On the name itself, the pronounciation, spelling, anything :)

I'd love the name if it was really spelled Tava and rhymed with Ava.
I agree with Domestic Engineer; it sounds more like a nickname to me. It does have a nice ring to it though.
My husband's aunt's nickname was Tava (short for Tavaita which is of Fijian origin). She pronounced it just like java.
I like it more as a nickname. On it's own it's seems too incomplete.
