Not bad, it's actually quite pretty. The thing is that Aven is so close to Ava and I'm a bit sick of Ava and similar names. Also wondering if they just wanted an Ava but thought the name was too common. Angelica is not my style but quite nice.

Ew. Angelica is okay, nms, but not horrible. Aven is just weird, it brings to mind similar words (Avon, oven, haven, aviation, even, avenue) and just doesn't sound quite right imo.

I know a boy whose older sister just recently gave birth to a baby Aven. I like this name but would not use it myself.
