Felicity
I have loved the name Felicity for a long time. It sounds so regal, and It honors my Grandmother (Felicitas) and Mother (Felicia). I realized that if using her whole name was too bothersome a nickname could be used. I really like Elsie. It was the name of one of my great Aunt's, and I love her name. It is also similiar to Felicity phonetically. So what do you think- Felicity nn Elsie?

I guess it would be alright for a Felicity to go by Elsie sometimes. I'd never really considered it before.

Love it! I've also always loved the name Felicity and wondered what the best nickname is. I've never thought of Elsie though. I think it's great!

I think Felicity sounds perfectly fine without a nickname. I don't think Elsie works well as a nickname for Felicity, but it is sweet.

I love Felicity. It's a very sweet name, and you can't go wrong with the meaning.I think Elsie is an okay nickname; not bad, not great.

Felicity is absolutely lovely. Elsie is cute, but somewhat cowish... I prefer Lissie as a nickname. Elsie reminds me of Bessie and other "heifer" names. That's probably just me, though. It is kind of cute. To honor your great-aunt, it's great.

I love Felicity, and only know the nn Flick or Flix.
I'd love to see Felicity unshortened.
To me, Elsie is a contrived nn for it, and drab.

I think Felicity is very pretty, and it has a wonderful meaning. Elsie seems like a feasible nn too. It's rather cute.
