I like Noelle, I would probably only use it as a mn though.
It sounds like nothing but a name to me.
I would hate to see it on a Christmas baby. It's a name, it's not weird at all. It like saying you can't name your baby summer when its born in winter. I don't plan on naming my kids after when they were born, it's cheesy imo.
