I like Noelle very much. It doesn't sound like No-L to me.
I think that Noelle lost a bit that Christmas association, at least to me. It's kinda like Natalia / Natalie. It started out as a Christmas name, but now lost that association entirely. I for one wouldn't find a June baby called Noelle weird.
That's your call. If you think that the accent is necessary to ensure you get the pronouncation you want for the name, go for it. If it's strictly for the beauty of it I wouldn't find it appealing.
I pronounce it No-ELL (NO-el is the pronounciation for Noel, for mr at least).
I don't know any Noelles personnally. And I prefer Noelle over Elle / Ella and Luella any day.
