Elliott

Not a fan, but not because it's a "male" name.
I just think the name is unattractive. I think Lotte is a cute-as-a-bug nickname for it, though. I like seeing Lotte used outside of the context of Charlotte.
I'm feeling particularly flexible on Elliot as a gender-switcher after having seen the origin of Emmett. It's a little unusual to see a name that comes from a surname derived from a feminine name. Interesting, I think. I always pair Emmet and Elliot together as being more or less the same name because they feel exactly the same to me with their aesthetic similarities and how they "feel," if that makes sense.

I really dislike Elliott as a girls name. I love it for a boy!
I think it's fine. Not one of my favourites, but I think the Scrubs character has given it 'legitimacy' as a girls' name. I like Eliie, and I love Lotte as a nn for it.
Hate it for a girl; love it for a boy
I think it's kinda silly. But I like the nm Ellie.
Dislike it.
Hate it for a girl, AWESOME for a boy!
Not a fan.
I don't like it.
*Cringes*
Given that this has been my very fave boys name (exactly in that spelling Elliott), from since I was a teenager, I cringe at the very thought of it used on a girl.

love it
Hate it for a girl, sorry. Not at all feminine imo.
:)
:)
Ick
It's way too masculine for a girl.

My nickname! Long story. :)
But, despite the fact that Elliott is my nickname, I do not find it at all attractive on a girl.

Dont like it at all.
I hate it as a girls name! This is one of my absolute favorite boys names and I would never use it on a girl. I guess the Ellie and Lotte from it make it seem more feminin but I seriously hope that it does not become one of those popular unisex names or I'll be very upset.
