Basil
I am adding this one to my perennial list as well. I like it a lot lately. I like the nickname Baz. I like that it is one of my ancestors who traveled here from England in the seventeenth century, Basil Robey, and sister Drusilla (though, Drusilla is not a perennial). I think the combo I like most is Basil Oliver, or Basil James.

I like Basil. Basil Oliver and Basil James are both quite nice. I see that you pronounce it BAH-zul though. I pronounce it BA-zul. I like that pronunciation best.

I like Basil.. though I must admit I've never ever heard your pronunciation before. If your ancestor was from England, he probably pronounced his name BAZZ-uhl, which is how I prefer it, though I also like BAY-sil.

I don't think we're pronouncing it differently.
