As to Polly, I really don't like it.

Eliza is on my list I like it.

I like both names. They are quite nice. Polly might remind a lot of people of parrots though. I think it is charming though. Eliza is also nice. Of your combos I prefer Eliza Jane.

Polly is very refreshing. I'm in the U.S. and I'd love to meet a little Polly. I once met siblings Polly and Daisy, but Polly and Eliza makes just as much sense to me. Very sweet.

Polly isn't very easy to combine. It would be easier for me if Polly were a nn for something like Mary (traditional) or Pauline, Apollonia, Hippolyta, Pearl, etc. But for now I'll try to combine just Polly:
