In Margaret Mahy's fantasy novel 'The Changeover' (which by the way is a really good book I've read about four times) there is an evil, villainous creature-thing (that looks like an old man) called Carmody Braque. It totally puts me off the name, but it's not a hugely popular book so it probably wouldn't be something to stop you using the name. I actually think if it weren't for Carmody Braque I might quite like the name, and a few combos for girls I could think of are:Carmody Elise
Carmody Anelle
Carmody Violet
Carmody Etoile
Carmody MaevaLike any?

Irish and Scottish surnames as FNs for girls are a GP of mine, so I quite like it. Not something I'd ever use, but it's very sweet and melodic.
