I absolutely love Sonya. I'm a bit torn on the spelling as well, but in this case I'd go with Sonya, since we're talking russian spelling. I'd see Sonja more suitable in a Germanic language and Sonia in Italian, Spanish and so on.

I'm not a huge fan of Sasha. I don't particularly like it, plus the fact that it's a nn (I know Sonya is one as well)... For some reason I just can't seem to warm to it as a full name.

Out of your sibets I'd go for Sonya and Anya, as I adore Anya as well. I knew a sibset once Tanya and Sonya. I loved it back then as well. I think the -nya names sound great.
