I think it's pretty when it's pronounced KEE-va. KWEE-va is NMS. It reminds me of the word "queasy."
It's not my favourite Irish name. I hear it a fair bit on these boards, but I think it's a bit overrated.
I don't like it. I think it has an ugly sound. It looks nice though.
It doesn't remind me of anything. I really like it; I'm very partial to non-anglicized Irish names.
It's always funny hearing people trying to pronounce them, if you haven't introduced yourself first. I had a classmate named Siobhan, and during roll call we had fun screaming the proper sound at substitute teachers.

For me I can't really tell how it's pronounced unless I check its page one the site. Even though it's KWEE-va, it looks like Kah-oh-me.

I am pretty sure it is more commonly pronounced KWEE-va in Ireland
I pronounce it KEE-va and so do my family but we have two lots of family friends with daughters named Caoimhe and they both prn it KWEE-va.
