Prefer Irina.

I think Irena is really pretty and it is name I would want to use if it fit my location better. People here wouldn't probably pronounce it the way I would want.

I don't mind it, but I prefer Irina. Irena looks strange to me.

I only like it if it is prounounced Irehna (rolling the r) instead of Ireena but unless you are in a more Eastern/Balkan European country it is highly unlikely to hear it pronounced that way.
