I love the name, and I like the Ciaran spelling over Kieran, but I don't mind Kieran. I used to think that they were two different names, and that Ciaran was prn see-AR-an lol (I still liked it when I thought that). Now I pronounce it pretty much as Kieran looks - KIER-an.
