I like Ciaran, but I also like Kieran. I just prefer the former more because the latter begins to look trendy as it follows the K inserted into names trend (even though I realize it is not a made-up name). Besides that, I think Ciaran Isaac just looks more aesthetically pleasing than Kieran Isaac.
Oh, and I pronounce both Kier-in (Kier as in Beer, and in as in, well, in).
