I've never heard it before but at a glance i'd say Zi-ahn-ya.

At first glance, I'd pronounce it zye-AN-yuh. I think it's a pretty name but it might be a little hard to pronounce.

I'm going to say . . . zie-AHN-yah.

I also found a birth announcement for a girl named Xianya. The mom says her partner wanted to spell it with a Xi instead of a Zy, but they say they pronounce it the same. She says its Zee-On-Yuh.
