I've heard Celeste on a girl on TV, that's it. I think it could become semi-popular but it will never be in the top ten.

I know two Celestes. In the US it's been consistantly popular, on the top 1000 list, for the past 100 years. I don't see it leaving the list anytime soon. Perhaps by popular you mean top 20. If that is the case I would say only if a celeb uses it or it is used as a charater name in a wildly popular tv show or movie.

Celeste is pretty... and works esp. well as a mn, but can also be a nice fn. Plus I'm not expecting it to become another Emily or Jennifer... Celeste would be my preference of those you listed (I think I knew or met a Celeste a long time ago and then another last summer) with my 2nd choice being Celestina.

I've always liked this name for some reason. I met my first Celeste late last year. She was one of the kids at the before and after school care place I was working at. I don't really see it getting popular though, no.

Celeste is beautiful! I've only known one, and she was a sweetheart. I definitely prefer it over the other versions.

I like Celeste, but I prefer Celestine. To be honest, all the names you mentioned are quite nice. I do not think it will become popular, at least not here in the US for the time being.
