I don't find Maria overused, but it isn't my style. I know quite a few Maria's of different ages, and they all seem to suit it really well. I really dislike the nickname Mimi for any name. I just find it kind of tacky and it reminds me of Mariah Carey. Out of your combos I like the following or think they flow very well:
