I think Juliet is all right. Not one of my favourites, though. I don't think of "Romeo and Juliet" immediately because I grew up with "Romeo and Julia", but she might get a few comments. I think the risk of that is far higher with a boy called Romeo, however.
I prefer Juliette. Juliet seems so wrong to me. I guess I'd pronounce Juliet the English way always and ask a Juliette if it's pronounced French or English.
I met two Juliettes, but don't know if they got teased. I didn't know them that well, but I think not.
I do think it will get somewhat popular.
