If Jpns, I'd pronounce it Hee-mee-koo... not one of my preferred Jpns. names, but maybe because I've never met anyone w/ that name unless maybe an old lady whom I only know by family name.
Genevieve I like. Jenn-a-veev would be how I'd pronounce it, though it may also sound nice w/ the Fr. J... ironic with a Jpns. name since Jpns. don't have the soft J sound in their language and many have a hard time pronouncing it... but that's part of the fun of mixing languages together.
