I've only seen Yvaine mentioned on name boards so I would think it's very rare.

i think this is such a pretty name. very feminine, and interesting, neat to look at, but not too complicated. and also much more accessible than ygraine. [plus, i love neil gaiman, so i couldn't help loving it ;)] only possible drawback is that it has 'vain' in it, so people could subliminally think she's stuck up.

I think it's a beautiful name. Though, I'm a bit biased, because Yvaine was a character in one of my favorite childhood books.
