I love Victoria. Then again, it's my middle dd's name. If you tell people your dd's name is Victoria, they'll call her Victoria. In fact, I know a Victoria without a nn. My Victoria goes by her mn. I haven't known that many Victorias at all.

Re: Mary, I've been really loving this lately. Besides having a late aunt named Mary and knowing several adults and contemporaries throughout my life with the name, the only two "young" Marys I know are 18 (Mary Frances, Mary Ellen). I think Mary transcends religion for most people.
