I like both too. Equally. Too matchy for a sibset though, I agree.
They both sound too masculine to me, Harlow actually doesn't really sound like a name at all and it's super insubstantial, and they both will be associated with celeb babies.
I've loved Shiloh since I was a little girl, gender not an issue. I hadn't heard - or really noticed, maybe - of Harlow since Nicole Richie gave her daughter this name. Since then, however, it has grown on me. I love both names. Celebrity doesn't bother me. I don't think they sound amazing together, but there has been worse.
Shiloh's good, but Harlow's way too masculine...
I've never seen either used as a first names till celebrities got their hands on them and now I'd never use them for that reason and because I think they'll only go up in popularity.
To me Shiloh is a place name that I prefer on a boy and Harlow makes me think of harlot.

I really dislike Shiloh it sounds like a dog name to me. Also people would think you named your daughter after Shiloh Jolie-Pitt. Harlow is ok but I don't like it much either

I love both, [m]
I've liked them for a very long time for both genders.

I love Harlow. It's pretty and feminine. Shiloh is fine. For some reason I don't think they go together. Not because they both end in O, that would be fine it's just that they have a very different feel. Harlow is really feminine to me and I think of the color purple, dolls, tea and other really feminine things when I hear it. I think of a little girly girl. When I hear Shiloh I think of the color blue. It's more of a unisex name and I imagine a little tomboy. I guess this sounds really weird now :P
I don't like either. They don't sound very feminine, and reek of celeb worship. Shiloh is marginally better, it has more substance.
I like Shiloh for a boy. Harlow, I don't have any strong feelings on yet.
Would not sibset it.
