I really love Adrienne, though I biased because it was a childhood friend's name. She passed away almost 2 years ago, so this name (and spelling) holds a special place in my heart. I also really love Adrian for a boy, but not on a girl. I don't know why, but I feel Adrian looks masculine while Adrienne is more feminine. I think it could rise in popularity, but not any time soon. Adriana / Adrianna are fine, but not something I would use.
