I prefer Dalia. It's beautiful, and I think of two Israeli actresses of the past, Daliah Penn (she played Annette in the 1960s "Forsyte Saga" that's available on video) and Daliah Lavi (OK, so the spelling differs, but still!).
Delia (pronounced dee-lee-uh; I've never heard any other version)lacks the sultriness of Dalia for me. It's the name of a famous English TV cook (now in her 60s), Delia Smith.
For a more exotic feel there's the Hebrew Odelia.
