1. I do not have a nickname. (I don't have kids.)
2. It really annoys me when people try to call me Julie or Jules.
3. In general I prefer the full name, but there are some nicknames I like.
4. Sometimes, but if a name I love has an obvious nickname I can't stand, I won't use it.
5. Gah! I loathe them all--even Kate / Jack and foreign nicknames like Katya and Anya. They drive me batty.
