If I absolutely had to pick one, I'd go with Dalia. Delia is sweet and wonderful, but it makes me think of someone a little ditzier than Dalia, who seems more serious and a bit classier. I also prefer Dalia to Dahlia, even though I'd give them identical pronunciations.
