I know a lot of Sashas, and I do think it works as a full name for a girl even though it's not legit. (I also know a boy Alexander-nn-Sasha and I find that really wonderful and adorable, but that's irrelevant.) I don't think Sasha's going to get more popular soon, but it'll probably stay steady (in the 300s).
