Amelia or Amelie.

Amelia is lovely. Veronica is alright. I love it on some days and on others it's just okay, and today is just an okay day for Veronica.
Amelia will get super common, I'm sure, so if you don't want a common name I wouldn't use it.
Amelia and Sebastian go better than Veronica and Sebastian.
I think I'd choose Amelia today,

Both are nice, but I think I prefer Veronica; Amelie would be nice

Amelia is prettier.
It's way more common though. But I like it better, Veronica isn't horrible, but it's very harsh to me.

Amelia
I really like both, but I choose Veronica. Sassy and classy.
Both are nice (and among my favorites), but between the two I'd pick Veronica.
Veronica
Can't stand Amelia.

Veronika /nt/
In Britain Veronica is very much (though not exclusively) a Catholic girls' name, though it doesn't seem to have been used much since the '50s. On the other hand, it's not going to borne by every other little girl and is nice, though nms. I prefer Verity.
I think of Thackeray's Amelia Sedley when I hear the name Amelia, but I don't like the "meal" sound. Emilia is prettier imo, and I prefer Emilia to Veronica. Milly seems to be a nn for both.
To cut the waffle, I think I'd go with Veronica. It's more distinctive. Roni/Vroni are nns sometimes used. I've even heard Vera (for a TV character called Veronica).
