I adore this name, so beautiful, historic, and with so many nns to choose from.
I would spell it Elizabeth, since that is the usual Brit and Aussie spelling and the s version would be liable to getting misspelled frequently.
I like Libby as the nn.
I like the combo Elizabeth Miriam.
