Re: Ingrid & Astrid

I love both Ingrid and Astrid -- very feminine without being overly frilly or fussy. These are names that work on a child and an adult.
Ingrid Emmeline and Astrid Linnea are my favorites from your list. Ingrid Annelie and Astrid Claire take second place.
On another site, my pseudonym is "Ingrid Maia." It's after a friend of mine from school, Ingrid Maya. I still remember being surprised that a mn could be so complementary to a fn -- it wasn't just the usual Marie or Ann. I tweaked the spelling a little, but the combination is as fresh to me today as when I first heard it. You might like it too.
Others: Astrid Sophie / Sofie (oops. Got to run.)
