I think it's really cutesy and overly influenced by current celebrity baby-naming trends. I do see it gaining some popularity, though I think it'll fall short of other celebrity baby names like top-5 Ava, and even below mid-range favorites like Maddox and Ryder. I do not know any Harlows personally, but Nicole Richie has Harlow Winter Kate and Patricia Arquette has Harlow Olivia Calliope.
