Iovanna is interesting and I looked up the user submitted entry. Apparently, it comes from Giovanna. And that's what irritates me. My first reaction, even before I looked it up was, "where's the G?" While I have a special yen for girls' "i" names, I can't get behind this one, even if Frank Lloyd Wright's dd was named this. How about Ioanna ("yo-AH-nuh") or Ivana?
Alina is pretty, but it's a little bumpy next to Iovanna. Celeste is gorgeous and works beutifully next to Alina. It's the Iovanna part that still doesn't fit well. Alina reminds me of Alida, another name I love.
Liran is new to me. More information please. Elena is the definition of elegance for me. But Monet sounds like a thirteen year old's choice, sorry. I adore art, but to use Monet like this doesn't work at all. If you're trying to show you are educated / artistic, there are plenty of real names that can do that a lot better than inserting an Impressionist into the mix. Now, if Monet is a family surname and you want to hand down heritage, then by all means bombs away. But if not, I'd look for something different:
Mireille / Mireia (but these don't flow well next to Elena)
Montserrat ("mohn-sehr-AHT")
Mercedes
Mileva ("mi-LAY-vuh" or "MEE-lay-vuh")
Mayim ("mah-EEM")
Maryam
Maeve
Martine
Marcelline
Manon
Melusine
Melina (you could use this as a fn with Lina as the nn?)
Marisa ("mar-EE-suh")
Marisol
Mattea ("mah-TAY-uh," fem. form of Matteo)
Mirabel (= miracle in Latin)
