Re: Celeb Baby names from 2008
I love:Willow Katherine (this combo seems to be quite common. I only know two Willows but both of them have Katherine as their middle name).Vivienne MarchelineStella (but I dislike Doreen)ScarletRio AtticusAtticusPearl (dislike Emma and Elizabeth)LilaArchibaldClementine JaneColette ZoeEgypt ElsieEmme (does anybody know how they pronounce this? M or Em-mee?)FelixHarlow Winter Kate (awesome combo)ArielaMabelLuisaLily RoseLeviRex (finally someone uses this on a child and not a dog)Harper Rosie
Most of the others are alright except for:Jagger Joseph Blue - I mean come on, this is a GIRL. Jagger would have been ok, but Joseph? and both of them together? and Blue? there's no way of telling whether this is a boy or a girl and most people would immediately assume she was a guy. Jagger Catherine or something would have been okay. Even Jagger Joseph Grace or something but this is just super masculine. Worst thing is that her sister is Poet Sienna Rose, which I like. Could a name be more girly?Zoie Laurelmae - ok this is alright but why not Zoe Laurel Mae? Scared of using that second middle name? those two names just don't look right smashed together. As for Zoie, I always want to say ZOI-ee when I read it. Zoe and even Zoey would've been much better.Sunny - I know this name has quite a few fans on this board but I think it's silly. Childish, unprofessional, dumb, cutesy.Zuma Nesta Rock - Nestea? Nestle? Rock? Zuma is okaaaaaaaaay.Piper Addison - hmmmm just trendyPeyton Nicole - Peyton is trendy and slightly dated and Nicole is sooooo dated.Nicole Elizabeth - this is boring and so 80sAva - just so boringBraydenDwayneHarleigh Alexyia - why the extra Y? Harley would be fine.and of course Bronx Mowgli. and why Billie on a girl????
