"oh my darling, oh my darling..." Hard to think of the name without that song popping in my head.

The name Clementine has been growing on me lately. I am going to be honest though and have to say that I had to warm to it. Originally I was of the mind-set that it was too fruit-like but after thinking a bit more about its history I tend to like it a bit more. I am also a fan of Clementina.

Used to hate it, but now I like it, but only for a mn.

It used to be my absolute favorite name, and I had planned on naming my first daughter Clementine Lily Renee. I found a new favorite combo, Matilda Renee Violet, but I'm starting to lean towards Clementine again, because I love it!

I honestly don't like it - I think of the miner's daughter whose feet were number nine.
Sir Winston Churchill's wife was Clementine, the only real life bearer I've heard of.

I think it's pretty and has a certain sweet, innocent quality to it, but I have the feeling it's the next big name.

I'm sure you can guess my opinion of it. It's prolly my fav name, but I'm a bit biased it being my great-grandmother's name and my MN. I think it sounds elegant, yet spunky.

I don't understand why people like this name, I just don't see the appeal. However, it's much better than something really trendy or a misspelled and it's not horrid.

It's nice. I really like it. But it seems to be a bit trendy at the moment.

It's ok. I'd never use it but I could appreciate it on someone else's child.
