I only recently discovered this name and I like it. I am still not sure whether I like it pronounced SEER-sha or SAIR-sha though.
Maybe if it were used on a real person, they would get some people who can't spell it or pronounce it, but hey it makes people use their brain.
I'd use it on a girl for a first or middle name. It's not too exotic or anything, but it's not plain jane either (for the USA anyway).
