Re: Frances?
in reply to a message by Sarah
I adore Frances! Timeless and chic. I love the nicknames Franny, Francy and Fran. This name is on our top 5 list if we ever have another daughter, though my DH seems to slightly prefer Francesca (which is also lovely). I have a couple of clients named Frances- 1 is about 35 and a couple of elderly ladies, as well as a Mary Frances.I'm not much help with combos, b/c we always use family names as middle names, so if we named a daughter Frances, she would be Frances Jill. But here are some I like if I was concerned with honouring-Frances Bethany
Frances Cosima
Frances Dahlia
Frances Jane
Frances Mahala
Frances Miriam
Frances RosalieI don't care for Frances Anwen Grace (I don't like the repeated "an" -- FrANces ANwen. That's just being nit-picky though)
Frances Eleanor Delilah- love this! Great flow!
Frances Genevieve Leticia- bit of a mouthful, but I like it =) Good flow, maybe better if you switch Genevieve and Leticia around..Just about anything works with Frances as a middle name, methinks!
