Automatically, I pronounce it TAY-a. I like it. The spelling takes getting used to; I prefer Téa or Thea but as I write this post I am warming up to Teja.

Teja does seem a bit nicknameish, I might like it better as a nickname than a full name. Doroteja Matilda 'Teja' is really awesome in my opinion. Though Teja does work fine on its own, of course.
