I love Tess. I don't love Tessa.
Tess makes me think of "Tess of the d'Urbervilles" (sp?) and I get all nostalgic. :-) Tessa sounds more like a spoiled brat, sorry. It's so princess-y, in a bad way.
Tess Eliza is my favorite combination for Tess. (It works as Eliza Tess too.)
